"My fatigue and other symptoms are completely gone"
Working with Taylor and Mod health Co was life changing for me. I had years of unexplained symptoms that other health providers were unable to help me with. I was tired of feeling sick and tired.
Taylor ordered appropriate testing and mapped out a personalized protocol for me. I saw results quickly and continued to improve as time went on.
I can now say my fatigue and other symptoms are completely gone, and I have an arsenal of tools to use to carry me on. Working with Mod Health Co was worth every penny!

CONTACT USWho is the health physical for?
The Health Physical is designed for generally healthy adults who want to establish a baseline, better understand their lab results, and take a more proactive approach to prevention, optimization, and healthy aging.
What labs are included?
Your Health Physical includes a comprehensive screening blood panel looking at key areas such as blood sugar and metabolic health, cardiovascular markers, thyroid function, inflammation, nutrient status, and overall wellness.
Do I need an intake appointment first?
No. You do not need to complete a separate intake appointment or become an established Mod Health Co client before purchasing the Health Physical.
Is this the right option for chronic or complex conditions?
No. The Health Physical is intended for prevention and optimization rather than complex case management. If you are dealing with significant digestive issues, fatigue, hormone concerns, autoimmune symptoms, or other ongoing health problems, our comprehensive functional medicine services are a better fit.
What happens during the results review?
You’ll meet one-on-one with your practitioner for 60 minutes to walk through your results, understand what looks optimal, identify areas that deserve attention, and discuss practical next steps based on your findings.
*Appointments available virtually across the USA and in-person if local to Colorado Springs, CO.
What happens if my labs show I need more support?
Your practitioner will help you determine the most appropriate next step. This may include nutrition or lifestyle changes, targeted supplementation, repeat bloodwork, additional testing, follow-up with your primary care provider, or more comprehensive functional medicine support if indicated.
